Founder / Broker
Jen Majors is the Broker/Owner of Majors Realty Group, one of Interior Alaska’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages serving Fairbanks, North Pole, and the surrounding communities. With a strong commitment to integrity, transparency, accountability, and excellence, Jen leads a full-service real estate and property management company built to support clients, agents, investors, tenants, and property owners with professionalism and care.
As a real estate broker, business owner, coach, and community leader, Jen brings both strategy and heart to every part of the business. She understands that buying, selling, investing in, or managing property is more than a transaction. It is often one of the most important financial and personal decisions a client will make. Her goal is to make the process clear, supported, and successful from start to finish.

Jon Majors
CEO / Sales Manager
Meet Jon Majors, CEO and Sales Manager at Majors Realty Group LLC, a locally owned and operated Alaskan brokerage based in Fairbanks. With a wealth of experience spanning various industries, Jon brings a unique perspective and deep expertise to the real estate world. Jon’s background includes over 17 years in beverage sales, 5 years in transportation sales, and over 6 years in the real estate industry. A proud Air Force Veteran, Jon has a passion for serving fellow Veterans and Active Military Members, drawing on his firsthand understanding of their unique needs and challenges. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice, Jon combines academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Since embarking on his real estate journey in 2017, Jon has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and dedication to his clients’ success. As the 2024 Past Board President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors, Jon is deeply invested in advancing the real estate industry and upholding the highest standards of service and ethics.

A dedicated and hardworking property manager, Camron is proud to call Fairbanks home—born and raised here, with a deep understanding of the local community and lifestyle. She is Gwich’in Athabaskan from Fort Yukon, Alaska, and her cultural roots and lifelong connection to the region shape the way she serves and supports her clients. At 25, Camron brings two years of real estate experience, where she has built a reputation for delivering excellent service, maintaining strong communication, and confidently handling even the most challenging situations. Prior to real estate, she spent time in North Pole working as a barber, where she developed strong interpersonal skills, built trust with a diverse range of clients, and learned the importance of truly listening to people’s needs. That experience continues to influence her approach today—grounded in respect, community connection, and personalized care for every client she serves. She is passionate about helping others and takes great pride in guiding clients through smooth and successful transitions into their homes. Her deep knowledge of Alaska allows her to offer valuable insight into the area, ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way. As a mother of two, Camron understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, making meaningful memories, hiking Angel Rocks, and going out to Harding Lake to take in Alaska’s beautiful outdoors.

Jack Snow is the heartbeat behind the scenes at Majors Realty Group. As our Field Coordinator—and proudly known as the team’s Director of Chill—Jack plays a vital role in keeping properties, people, and processes running smoothly. Jack brings strong local knowledge and a steady, calm presence to everything he does. He’s the one out in the field making sure fuel levels are checked, properties are looked after, equipment is ready, and no detail gets overlooked—especially when Alaska weather demands extra care and attention. Jack is known throughout the team for his reliability, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others. Whether he’s supporting agents, assisting clients behind the scenes, or solving last-minute challenges, he approaches every task with a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset. Jack’s calm demeanor, willingness to jump in wherever needed, and care for others make him an invaluable part of Majors Realty Group. Simply put, when Jack is on it, everyone can breathe a little easier.
