Pet Protection Guarantee
Included in all three plans
Every pet is screened through PetScreening.com before move-in, and the applicable pet screening fee is paid by the tenant, not you. Learn more in the PetScreening flyer.
12-Month Tenant Guarantee
Premium plan
If a tenant moves out before the end of their lease, we’ll waive your next lease-up fee. This guarantee does not apply to early lease terminations under a military PCS clause.
Rented in 30 Days Guarantee
Premium plan
We guarantee a renter within 30 days after your property is rent-ready and actively marketed, provided you follow our recommendations on rental pricing and property condition to stay competitive in the current market. If we don’t deliver, we’ll waive your lease-up fee.
Reserves
We hold $500 per door in reserves for each managed property.
*Properties with more than four units are subject to reserves, as determined by the Property Manager.
