How Our Referral Payouts Work

New Lease / New Tenant Placement
If the property needs us to find and place a new tenant, we'll pay 25% of the first month's rent once the lease is signed and the tenant moves in.

Existing Tenant / Lease-Only or Management Transfer
If the property already has a tenant in place and the owner signs up for management services, we'll pay 10% of one month's rent.

Get Paid
Once your referral qualifies, we'll send your payout. No complicated tracking, just a straightforward payment when the deal closes.
